Rededge has its own change management methodology to successfully implement new ERP systems. It contains ten steps to build change readiness in a company. I would like to create an interactive educational game for executives. The idea is to provide the user with three options in each step that represents possible decisions that the executive may take.

• The decisions must be specific to the industry the client company is in so the first question to the player is which industry it concerns.
• The decisions will be shuffled so the most valuable decision is not always on top.
• The most valuable decision gives the executive 1 point, the second most valuable gives 1/2 point and the worst decision gives 0 points.

If someone excels and takes the most valuable decision for each step she can get a maximum 10 points in which case the change program became a great success.

• 8-9 points – it was a success
• 5-7 points – business case was not realized but they got the ERP in place
• 3-4 points – the had to abort the project and do a retake
• 1-2 points – the company went bankcrupt because of several business failures due to the poor management of the ERP change.

The three possible decisions following in each subsequent step shall be conditional on the decision taken in the previous step. You will not present the score for each decision but instead just publish the total accumulated score after each step.
