A large international group, based in Sweden, is running one of the largest Oracle Cloud transformation programmes in Northern Europe, with the aim of harmonising processes, modernising its ERP landscape and creating more consistent ways of working across multiple countries.
To ensure a stable architecture and a safe path through the rollout, the customer has chosen to engage Rededge as a strategic partner.

The scale of the project implies a high degree of complexity. Multiple areas of activity, different local regulations and a diverse range of legacy systems require a solution that can both hold the whole together and at the same time take into account local needs.
In addition to technical advice on the system, we also assist the customer in creating a better basis for decision-making and quality assurance of deliveries by other external suppliers.
