About Get an Edge
Get an Edge is Rededge's largest annual event where we gather up to 100 participants from different industries and organisations. The event is a unique meeting place for leaders who want to immerse themselves in change management and current, business-related topics.
The focus is on how to lead change, turn strategy into action and create results in a rapidly changing world. Through inspiring lectures, interactive sessions and discussions, participants gain up-to-date insights and concrete tools that can be used directly in their own businesses.

In April 2026, we're bringing together leading experts and decision makers for Get An Edge, the most focused forum of the year on how AI agents and next-generation ERP are driving tangible results in finance and IT organisations.
As part of this year's programme, we are also launching Rededge's brand new report: ”The ERP system of the future – do you need a laptop?”
Get an Edge 2025
In early 2025, we organised our very first Get an Edge event, bringing together participants from different businesses and providing the opportunity to both be inspired by industry-leading experts and share experiences with other participants and colleagues.
During this session, we focused on leadership in times of change and together with some well-chosen speakers, we provided concrete insights from successful cases.
