Get an edge: Leadership in times of change, concrete insights from successful cases

In early 2025, we organised our very first Get an Edge event, bringing together participants from different businesses and providing the opportunity to both be inspired by industry-leading experts and share experiences with other participants and colleagues.

During this session, we focused on leadership in times of change and together with some well-chosen speakers, we provided concrete insights from successful cases.

The event took place at the Scandic Downtown Camper, where we spent the whole afternoon participating in various activities that ended with an AW-mingle.

The event started jointly with our speakers. After that, the presentations were divided into three parallel tracks so that participants could choose to listen to the presentations that suited them best!
