About Get and Edge
Get an Edge is our largest annual event, bringing together up to 100 participants from various industries and organisations. The event is a unique meeting place for leaders who want to delve deeper into change management and current, business-related topics.
The focus is on how to lead change, turn strategy into action and create results in a rapidly changing world. Through inspiring lectures, interactive sessions and discussions, participants gain up-to-date insights and concrete tools that can be used directly in their own businesses.

In April 2026, we will bring together leading experts and decision-makers for Get an Edge – this year's most focused forum on how AI agents and next-generation ERP are creating tangible results in finance and IT organisations.

In early 2025, we organised our very first Get an Edge event, bringing together participants from different businesses and providing the opportunity to both be inspired by industry-leading experts and share experiences with other participants and colleagues.
