At the end of September, we organised our very first Get an Edge: Deep Dive - a new concept from us at Rededge that provides space for immersion, reflection and discussion.
On this occasion, Daniel Mansour, Senior Partner at Rededge, hosted a lunchtime session focusing on one of the biggest challenges of leadership: turning strategy into reality.
The event was attended by an exclusive group of 10-15 people who discussed and shared exciting experiences around change management and strategy execution.
