High-speed expansion is virtually impossible in a fragmented system landscape, with different systems for sales, project execution and finance. This was the customer's starting point, and it was a completely untenable situation for rapid and broad expansion.

As a smaller player, it worked well with simpler industry systems such as Hantverksdata and solutions in Excel. Sales and project delivery took place in the same CRM system, Lime, which created many practical problems for the organisation. The solution was NetSuite, where the customer could consolidate all its operations, including a large wholesale business.

A common solution for all parts of the organisation provided the conditions for a uniform and scalable way of working. It also provided a much better overview and insight into the customer's activities.

With large growth plans, where expansion is to take place quickly and widely, it is extremely important to have a common system platform to enable this. It is also very important to make that investment in good time, before the organisation becomes fragmented and invents its own tools and processes to solve its daily challenges.
